Returns and Warranty:
We offer 14 day return period and money back guarantee (less delivery costs) on all items returned to us so long as they are in the same sealed condition as they were when they were delivered to you. This includes all components included in the box such as plugs, cables, clamps, remote controls, phone holders, adaptors, instructions and batteries. The products must have no signs of use.
Any items returned, subject to the above, which are not in the condition they were on dispatch may be subject to a re-packing charge or, in some cases, a refund may be refused altogether. In such instances, it is down to the customer to either collect the item(s) from us or pay a charge for re-delivery.
All our products come with a two-year warranty (This is not including the accessories such as the remote controls and clamps)
Any product which seems faulty or in the case it stops working, and is still under warranty, can be returned to us for inspection. If a fault is confirmed, we will replace the item with a new one. If the customer accidentally cuts the cable when opening the packaging this is not considered a faulty item, so please be careful when unpacking the products. Also, if the product has been misused or treated with little care, in this case the breakage will not be covered by the warranty.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that items are securely packed for their safe return to us. We recommend using an insured, trackable service. Upon receipt, if testing reveals no actual fault and the issue is due to poor troubleshooting, the customer must either collect the item(s) from us or cover the cost of redelivery. If the returned item is confirmed to be faulty, we will refund or issue a credit note for any return postage costs incurred, provided the customer supplies a receipt.
