Light and Vision Europe S.L Commercial Terms and Conditions (B2B Transactions)
- The Terms of payment and transport shall be agreed upon first order.
- On first orders, our company will not send any goods unless a percentage of the total cost of invoice is paid upfront. This will be agreed between seller (Our Company) and buyer (Customer) prior to sending invoice.
- The customer agrees to provide payment in full on or before delivery of goods, date quoted on invoice.
- All wire and bank charges for payment of goods are on remitters account.
- All invoices must be paid within 14 days from the date the invoice was emited; if point 2 is not aplicable ie: B2B ongoing partners with otherwise agreed conditions
- All goods sent remain property of Light and vision Europe S.L until full payment is received as per details on Invoice.
- In the event of interruption to our business in whole or part by reason of acts of god ie: windstorm, earthquake, war, governmental action and causes beyond our control; we shall have the option of cancelling in part or whole any orders outstanding and we cant be held responsible for any loss of business or other related circumstances to the above
- Any product which seems faulty or in the case it stops working, and is still under warranty, can be returned to us for inspection. If a fault is confirmed, we will replace the item with a new one. If the customer accidentally cuts the cable when opening the packaging this is not considered a faulty item, so please be careful when unpacking the products. Also, if the product has been misused or treated with little care, in this case the breakage will not be covered by the warranty.
- Disclaimer of liability: Light and Vision Europe S.L should not be made liable for loss of profits or revenues, expenses for substitute service or products, storage charges, loss of data or any other incident or consecuential damage caused by the use or misuse or inability to use the qualified product indiferent of legal basis of theory on which the clame is based. Even if Light and Vision Europe SL is notified of such incidents via any communication channel, our companies maximum liability for any claim shall never exceed the purchase price of the qualified product. This warranty does not affect your statuatory rights.
