When ordering from our online shop please note we only ship to Austria, Denmark, France, Italy, Germany, Spain and Portugal.

Shipping costs:

The cost of delivery will be displayed when you proceed to check out. Generally, we charge a flat rate of 6,90 euro.

In some cases where the volume exceeds that of a master box, we will add on an extra charge. However, if you are looking to make a larger quantity order, please contact our commercial director peer.brauchle@lightandvisioneurope.comfor partner prices and delivery charges.

Delivery times:

Generally, we take 2-3 days to process orders. Once the order has been processed, delivery can take from 3 to 7 working days.

Payments:

Payments will be processed 3 days after making your order and it has been confirmed by us. We use the safe and secure Stripe Gateway for payments. We accept payment by credit, debit and mastercards, and through Klarna (installments)

Orders:

In the unlikely event we cannot accept your order, for example the product is out of stock, a full refund will be issued.
